The Beginning

Hey, I'm Charlotte, the founder of NRG Pouches. Fitness is my life here in Australia as an upcoming professional bodybuilder. I constantly find myself needing more energy to get through my intense workouts. I used to rely on energy drinks or pre-workout for that quick boost, but all the sugar, extra calories and the harmful ingredients are so bad for you. On top of that, I was tired of the sudden energy crashes you usually get from energy drinks and other supplements, which killed my workouts mid session.

The Problem With Energy Drinks and Pre Workout

I started thinking, there has to be a better way to get a constant energy boost without all the extra calories and junk. I wanted something that gives you a constant release of caffeine, but without drinking more to avoid the crash. Plus, let's be real—buying energy drinks and pre-workout gets expensive over time, and I'm not made of money.

Lets Make This Thing Real

That's when the idea hit me: why not create a caffeine-based energy pouch that's zero calories, zero sugar, and you don't even have to digest anything?
